 Job Responsibilities:

  • Ticket management includes setting a priority for the ticket’s urgency, classifying it appropriately according

  • to its difficulties, and monitoring its progress (closed, open, on hold, and resolved). Inform clients about status, etc.

  • Business intelligence: utilize tools, best practices, and ticket data and analysis in the account to support customer

  • Provision of services Delivery: Serving the consumer and meeting expectations is what we do.

  • Customer management: What is required of you is how well you engage with customers from greeting to resolution and call closure.

  • Our clever AI BOT, CHIP, assists in providing answers to client queries, saving SD and customers time and

  • effort when resolving issues. Additionally contributes to improving the client experience

  • Provision of services email retrieval: How well do we manage email as a communication medium and reduce hops?
